ProjectPulse is an AI-powered construction estimation and management platform

designed to automate costs, optimize BIM workflows, and improve collaboration in the

AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations) industry. Through

seamless integration with Autodesk Revit and other tools, ProjectPulse provides real-

time estimation, predictive analytics, and invoice reconciliation to enhance cost control and decision-making.

We collect the following types of data to deliver our services:

a. Personal & Account Information

• Name, job title, and email address

• Company or organization details

• Login credentials or authentication tokens (OAuth)

b. Project & BIM Data

When using ProjectPulse with Autodesk platforms (e.g., Revit, BIM 360):

• Design files (e.g., RVT, DWG, IFC)

• Cost parameters, estimates, and schedules

• BOQs, invoice data, and variance analysis outputs

We only access project-related data explicitly authorized by users or administrators.
